Dawn runs the desk side of every claim. She writes the estimates, handles the paperwork, and deals with the insurance company so you don't have to. She spent three years working claims from the office side before getting her own public adjuster license, so she knows how carriers review a file and what it takes to get one paid correctly. If you have a question about where your claim stands, she's the one to call.

Anthony has been a licensed public adjuster for four years. He handles the field work, which means he's the one climbing on your roof, walking through the damage, and documenting what the insurance company needs to see. He knows what carriers tend to miss, so nothing gets left off your claim. He came to public adjusting from a career in sales, where he learned that the job is mostly listening to people and following through on what you tell them.
We started Hearthstone to do this work our own way: helping homeowners get what their policies actually owe them, and building something for our family along the way. You'll likely talk to Dawn first, but Anthony is the one who shows up at your door. Every claim comes through the two of us, start to finish.
