  • A public adjuster is a licensed insurance professional who represents you, the policyholder, throughout the property insurance claims process. Unlike the insurance company’s adjuster, who works for the insurer, a public adjuster works exclusively on your behalf to document your damage, prepare your claim, and negotiate for a fair settlement.

  • Hiring a public adjuster ensures you have a trained advocate protecting your interests. We handle the documentation, valuation, communication, and negotiation so your claim is presented accurately and completely — helping you avoid underpayment, delays, or overlooked damage.

  • There is no upfront cost. Public adjusters are typically paid a small percentage of the final insurance settlement. They only get paid when you get paid. This structure aligns their incentives with yours — maximizing your claim.

  • You can contact us at any stage, but reaching out as soon as damage occurs helps ensure the loss is documented correctly from the start and prevents early mistakes that can affect your claim.

  • Getting started is simple. Visit our Claim Submission section and share a few details about your loss. Upload any documents or photos you have, and our team will review your information and reach out with next steps.

  • We handle property and home insurance claims of all kinds, including damage from storms, water, fire, wind, hail, and other covered events.

  • You may contact us before or after notifying your insurance company. However, reaching out to us before filing can help ensure the claim is set up correctly and documented thoroughly from the beginning.

  • Yes. We accept claims at all stages, including new claims, ongoing claims, denied claims, and underpaid claims. All claim submissions are subject to review, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.

  • No. Insurance companies are accustomed to working with public adjusters, and state regulations give you the right to have licensed representation. While insurers may not always prefer it, they are required to work with us. Our role is simply to ensure your damage is fully documented, your policy is interpreted correctly, and your claim is handled fairly and thoroughly.

  • Most claims reach a final settlement offer within 3–6 months. Some may take longer depending on insurance company response times, inspections, weather delays, and the complexity of the damage.
